Applicants must agree to the Terms and Conditions for the reservation of Exhibitor Booth space. Exhibitor fee of $350 U.S. is payable in advance. In addition, the Exhibitor is required to fill out separately the Workshop Registration Form and pay the applicable Workshop registration fee.
